We produce carbon fiber structural components for robotic systems of various types and scales — from lightweight manipulator arms and end-effector housings to chassis frames for ground autonomous platforms and structural elements for industrial robotic systems. Where metal adds unnecessary mass and limits dynamic performance, carbon fiber enables robots to move faster, carry more, and operate longer between maintenance cycles.

Our engineering team works directly with robotics developers from the initial design phase — calculating load paths, optimising layup sequences, and producing components that meet the precise dimensional and mechanical requirements of robotic applications. Production is carried out using vacuum infusion, thermal press, and multi-axis CNC machining, with quality confirmed through in-house destructive and mechanical testing.
