R&D on Demand

Some engineering challenges cannot be solved with existing materials. When standard composites, alloys, or commercially available solutions reach their limits — that is where our R&D capability begins.
We develop custom materials and material systems to client specification — including novel metal alloys based on combinations of non-ferrous and specialty metals, and advanced composite materials derived from existing resin systems, prepregs, filaments, and reinforcement architectures. The starting point is always your technical brief: the mechanical, thermal, chemical, or functional requirements that the material must meet. Our engineering and laboratory team works from that brief to develop, test, and validate a solution that performs exactly as specified.
Our in-house chemical laboratory and destructive testing facilities allow us to move through the development cycle rapidly — formulating candidate materials, producing test specimens, running mechanical and thermal characterisation, and iterating until the performance targets are confirmed. The result is a material or material system that belongs to your project — developed for your specific application, tested under your conditions, and ready for production.
If your project requires a material that does not yet exist — we are ready to develop it.
